It's almost here...two times over!

As promised, we will be hosting a fabulous and insanely fun contest in honor of Molly Katz' latest book, 101 Reasons To Dump Your Man and Get a Cat. Our shipment of prizes has not come in yet, but do not lose hope! If all succeeds, we should get this party started at the end of the week. I'm very excited about it!

On a completely different track, the countdown has begun! The human pet's research proposal is due on November 13th. In the immortal words of her professor (known only to me as The Padre), it is "turned in to me at 5:30 and not 5:31. If you turn it into me at 5:31, I won't be taking it, and you will get an F." There's no pressure there whatsoever.

Oh I can't wait for the contest Zeus. I will particularly happy if you have any good tips on how I can get the human male to leave!

Tell your psychotic human pet to relax. It's not like she's been doing that well in the class, anyway!

(Editor's Note: Actually Zeus' HP has been doing VERY WELL, but I do agree with Kukka that the lady needs to RE-LAX.)

Higher education = pressure. Our Daddy understands. He is in a constant state of near freak out much of the time. But it all gets done, and your momma's proposal will, too. (Good luck, Mom of Zeus!)

Oh, a contest. How exciting!
Our Mom finished her phd in May and now we have a much more relaxing time and she spends more time with us. So hang in there.

Yay! I'm looking forward to the contest.

Boo! I don't like The Padre and his extreme time keeping.

zeus, it's up to you to be the alarm clock, so she doesn't get there one second after 5:30!

Ooooh. You know I'm always up for a contest!

Padre's a bully. Too many like him in higher education.

I bet he hates cats, too.

What a maroon...
