A new season of The Amazing Race 10 started last evening, and I couldn't be happier! As most of you know, Phil Keoghan is a good friend of mine, but even he did not prepare me for some of the twists and turns found in this episode! This season, it would appear that any couple can be eliminated at any point in the race - pitstop or not! Poor Bilal and Sa`eed, best friends from Cleveland, Ohio, found this out the hard way as they were eliminated midway through the first leg of the race. Vipul and Arti , the first Indian-American team ever to be on the show, were also eliminated when they arrived last to the pitstop.
As with every season, I try to figure out early who I think will end up winning the million. I have to say that this season is quite difficult. It might be easier to say who is not going to win like Tom and Terry, Rob and Kimberly, and of course, Kellie and Jamie. However, since no one remembers the names of these people in these types of shows, I'll use their pseudonyms: The Boyfriends, The Bartenders, and The Cheerleaders.
My team for the moment is Tyler and James, the recovering drug addicts turned models, who proved you can overcome adversity to get ahead.I wonder if these new challenges such as scaling The Great Wall of China or eating fish eyes will be included in my new season of The Amazing Zeus.
I say yes to the fish eyes and no to the Wall!

Darn it! I spoke too soon and asked Kukka to pair with me on the Amazing Race. She says that I should've asked you, and I come to visit this morning and see that she is soooooo right (as always).

Mommy TiVo'd it for us last night. We will haf to watch it tonight. Sunday's are a difficult night to watch TV for us - too many ofurr fings going on.
We missed it here too...puzzle night. I'll have to try and tune in soon though. That's cool with the new elimination...too bad that didn't catch Rob & Amber whenever they were on...I hated them. Like they needed to be on that show. BLECH
Momma is worried if they do so many eliminations it will be a short season! We thought maybe that the people who came in last one of the time would have to do something icky and special but it's not to be.
I think they should have had you on Zeus to cameo seeing you had been in Seattle before!
While I suggested Zeus at first, Carmen assured me there would be ample time on the race to get mani/pedis, as well as downing mimosas.
We are tentatively called "Carmukka" and we will be sure to trounce the competition with our super-sexiness, speed and agility.
Oh and our sexiness (I did mention that, right?).

We have not heard of this "Amazing Race". Well, if it is on TV, then that explains it. Our Mom doesn't watch TV - only DVDs. We told her that we needed cable, but she said we would have to pay for it if we wanted it. We can't pay since we don't have jobs, and as cats, we would never have jobs. We told her tht she needs to sell more Mary Kay to pay for it, since she has to take care of our needs.

I love amazing race! I am so in love with Phil!! Shhh dont tell anyone. Ok, so maybe its not love, but you get what I am saying!

we hasn't effur seen that show, but we does a purrty amazing race up an down the hallway at 3AM. does that count fur anything?
Oh no... so those amazing come-backs from behind are going to be way harder/rarer! Me sees this show when me can :)... me will be on the lookout for the new season.
