Dear Jen and Lisa,
Thank you so much for thinking of my human pet. It's very comforting to know that someone is looking out for her once she leaves my house every morning. As a pet parent, I am always worried about who her friends are, but you two have proven to be real gems.
The balloon was a definite hit. You couldn't have done better. Once she brought it home, the weight attached to it became a sensational new toy for Ares; however, after pulling on the string and hitting himself in the snout with the weight, he no longer had any interest in it. Imagine that...
As for the cake, it was simply delicious. As I am only two feet tall and lacking opposable thumbs, my cake would more than likely be of the Easy-Bake variety. Since almost all homo sapiens consider a comment regarding moistness as the appropriate compliment for this situation, I shall tell you: That cake was so moist!
Thank you once again for surprising my pet at her office. I am sure it meant the world to her, and even if it did not, it definitely meant at least an archipelago. Should neither of you know what an archipelago is, you can spend your free time in the office looking it up and thank me later for entertaining you yet again.
