There's a relationship between head butting and food? No wonder my poor babies are always yelling at me, I always thought that head butting was a pre-courser to opening the bedroom door and letting them jump on the bed!

Those all sound like great articles! :D I especially like #7 and 8. :D As for #11, I'm trying to figure out if the Sphynx kitten we'll be picking up on November 25th will meow in German! :)

Happy T13. :)

Great list. I am glad to see that your research is progressing nicely Zeus. There are many clips of cats meowing on YouTube.com that people have posted and each cat has it's own meow (of course!). I can tell Bob's meow anywhere - and his other noises too which take the forms of 'yelling' meows, chirruping, 'whining' meows (when he can't get his own way - a whole range of these!) and lately a 'mah' sound which seems to be used as chat back.

I can't believe that anyone would miss these EXCELLENT articles. How is it that they are not required studying?!

I think any of these would be a fine topic for a master's thesis, Zeus, and we'll look forward to your discourse.

I can't believe you came across my article, "Beliefs and Practices of Famous Celebrity Felines Concerning Financial Stability!"

I wrote that so long ago (back when I was dating Brad Pitt), that I figured it was buried forever!

You are one crazy cat, Zeus! My kitty, Sierra, head butts us when she's happy. She only yells for food or water.
