A British woman who was caught on CCTV video for throwing a cat into a dumpster has been identified. The RSPCA is planning on interviewing the woman along with the police.
Unfortunately the police have decided not to arrest Ms Bale because she 'has not committed a criminal office'.
Why we do not condone the threats of death and violence received by Ms Bale, she is an adult and was well aware that her actions were wrong and cruel and thus should have to live with the consequences
Knowing how pathetic the RSPCA can be when prosecuting animal cruelty we fear that Ms Bale will simply get away with her actions, encouraging the moronic masses to follow suit.

How many hours did that poor cat spend in the dumpster? The woman should have been forced to do equal time in one!
The cat was trapped for 15 hours. I can't imagine being stuck in a box for 15 hours.
Wait...
Yes I can...
That's my life every day in this house.
SIGH!
We are so angry that she is not being punished!
